Scope of Services
We provide academic, research, career, digital, and professional consultancy services including (but not limited to): Resume & Cover Letter Writing, Admissions Guidance, Career Counseling, Research Assistance, NABL Consultancy, Digital Marketing, Software & Website Development, SEM, Molecular Docking, and related services.
Service Agreement
All services are provided based on prior discussion, written confirmation, and agreed pricing.
Customised services may involve additional charges depending on project scope.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, documents, and data necessary to deliver services.
For research-based services (in-vitro, in-silico, in-vivo studies), clients must ensure all required ethical approvals and compliance regulations are met.
Timelines & Deliverables
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon.
Delays due to incomplete client inputs or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.
Third-Party Services
Some services may involve collaboration with partner institutions, labs, or agencies. KAJAL Educare will not be liable for external delays or limitations.
Intellectual Property
All reports, research outputs, digital assets, and written materials developed remain the property of KAJAL Educare until full payment is received.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in cases where services have not yet commenced.
Once consultation, project initiation, or research analysis has started, refunds are not applicable.
Partial Refunds
If a client cancels midway and significant work is incomplete, partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative and labor costs.
Non-Refundable Services
Research-based services (SEM, molecular docking, in-vitro/in-vivo analysis)
Customized projects (software development, website design, feasibility studies, publications)
Workshops, coaching sessions, and counseling services once delivered.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be credited within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
